Project management

The planning phase of developing an art installation is critical. Each project has specific needs and requirements. 3D Art and Installation projects present a number of logistics that need to be addressed and are a regular part of our project management. Christiano’s team ensures all aspects are covered and that the process is smooth until project completion. Project Management logistics that Christiano takes into consideration include:

  • Permits
  • Equipment rentals (ladders scaffolding, boom lift, swing stages)
  • Site access, set up and equipment storage
  • Any specific resources required (such as insurance, contracts, safety and traffic control plans)
  • Community Consultation and Mentorship

Safety

Safety

When creating 3D Artwork and Installation at heights, in public spaces, and in busy or high-traffic areas, safety is our highest priority. Each project is evaluated on an individual basis to ensure that appropriate precautions are taken. This ensures every project is completed safely. We are willing to be flexible with schedules to avoid high traffic times and any inconvenience to business operation in the surrounding area. We are fully insured through Commercial General Insurance Liability Policy as well as WSIB coverage. Christiano is a 3D Artist with over 25 years of experience working with heavy equipment like scaffolding, powered lift systems, scissor lift, boom lift, swing stage and forklift.

LOVE CONQUER OUR DIFFERENCES There are many differences and duality in the universe… between male and female, between left-brained and right-brained individuals, or between the spiritual and the scientific. They are complementary opposites that interact within a greater whole, as part of a dynamic system. This is the beauty and contrast of Yin and Yang. You cannot have one without the other, in fact, they balance each other quite perfectly. It is the heart that connects these dichotomies and love is the language they speak. Communicate what you love and listen to the love that others express.

This piece was created by drilling 12,500 variable size holes into aluminum sheet metal with the CNC machine to create pixel depth. Python script was built to convert images into machine code. RGB programmable back light. The aluminum drill file was generated with an algorithm and uses the original artwork to generate the machine's path. The same algorithm can be used to print any image at any size and pixel resolution. Thousands of variable-sized holes let different amounts of light to be seen by the eye and creates pixel depth. The darker/brighter the pixel the bigger the hole that was cut.
