Wall Mural Safety

When painting murals at heights, in public spaces, and in busy or high-traffic areas, safety is our highest priority. Each project is evaluated on an individual basis to ensure that appropriate precautions are taken. This ensures every mural is completed safely. We are willing to be flexible with painting schedules to avoid high traffic times and any inconvenience to business operation in the surrounding area. We are fully insured through Commercial General Insurance Liability Policy as well as WSIB coverage. Christiano has over 25 years of experience working with heavy equipment like scaffolding, powered lift systems, scissor lift, boom lift, swing stage and forklift.

Maintenance

Wall Mural Maintenance

Our method of required maintenance for wall murals follows the city’s graffiti management plan. We recommend applying 2 coats of Sherwin Williams’ anti-graffiti clear coating ‘1K Siloxane’ upon the completion of any wall mural. The non-sacrificial coating is essentially chemical resistant paint. It can be easily cleaned with a low-pressure power washer. This coating also enhances the vibrancy of the colours of the wall mural as well as offers protection against UV rays, weathering, road salts and other forces of nature that degrade or damage the walls. This enhances the mural’s longevity and facilitates ease of maintenance.
